He covers a broad range of aspects of culture -- politics, family life, art and music, food and dwellings, etc. (Among the indigenous North American foods he mentions, in addition to several you name, are tomatoes, which were taken to Europe by European explorers.)<BR/><BR/>Joy Harjo has an interesting post about Thanksgiving in her blog, <A HREF="http://www.joyharjo.com/news/2007/11/thanksgiving-or-thanksgiving.html" REL="nofollow">here</A>.
